MCU Module Version 10.1

I ususally don't have very many questions, but here is one about something I just noticed this recently when examining a MCU Circuit I had on my drive

I was using Multisim Power Pro Version 10.0.1 with the MCU Module. I recently went to Version 10.1 and was sent a disk for this. I installed Version 10.1 and removed Version 10.0.1. Now when I try to build an assembly file in the MCU ModuleI get the following error:

Multisim  -  2008-08-06 21:49:36
--------------------------Building: Project: project1---------------------------
Error: Unable to run assembler. The Microchip MPASM(TM) Assembler is not installed with this version of the product. Please contact National Instruments at ewbsupport@ni.com for more information.

None of my options are greyed out inside the MCU tab and I am able to place MCU's and create projects and also enter code, but it won't build it due the the above error.

If I had the MCU Module in Version 10.0.1 should I not still have this? Did I mess something up when I removed 10.0.1? If I did mess something up, how can I correct this without making a mess of my 10.1 install? I don't use the MCU Module that often, but I do use it.

Thanks for any information or help on this in advance.

Does anyone have an answer to this poster's problem yet?

I have noticied a worrisome lack of knowledge about the MCU Module on the NI Product pages after the deployment of Circuit Design Suite (Multisim) 10.1.

I was just about to upgrade my 10.0.1 installation, but haven't for fear that my MCU module also might be compromised -- does anyone know what's going on here?

What's the deal with the MCU module and (apparent) lack of any info on the NI Product Pages with version 10.1?  It's quite a useful module, and would make no sense at all for NI to just remove its offering, and disable its functionality for all of us paying customers.

Also, I came across the following statement in a document in the Developer Zone:

"  * In Multisim Full and Multisim Power Pro, professionals are unable to compile PIC16F84(a) assembly code.  "

What sense could it make for this functionality to be made available to students but *not* to paying professionals? (not that I'm against making it available to students...)

(location: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5682)

If anyone has any more info about the MCU module, or how to upgrade to Circuit Design Suite 10.1 without disabling the existing MCU functionality (such as the initial poster appears to be experiencing) -- and if the MCU functionality *is* compromised, just in which ways has it been reduced in v10.1 -- posting that info here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time and effort!
