MCU only output 2.5V

I have setup a PWM output on PortA. The micro is only outputting 2.5V.

I was not able to properly see your circuit since you haven't send the MCU workspace.Basically I can only run your circuit with no code associated with that.Can you send the MCU workspace as well and also explain what output you expect to see.
