Hi Rübezahl,
there is no spice model implemented in your circuit for the asic so the simulation can´t work.
Important is Step 6 and 7 to implement the spice model and to set the model options
Creating a Custom Component in NI Multisim
How to Import a SPICE Model Into Multisim
Basic SPICE Simulation Model Parameters
Most vendors has the spice model for his components on their home page.
