I just installed Multisim 11 on a machine that had Multiim 10. When I run Multisim 11, the toolbars show up, but are not populated. There is no simulation ON/OFF switch. Under File/New/, there is no "PLD Design" option. Under Place, there are no PLD options. I have re-installed, same result. I have checked Global Preferences and Global Restrictions - both are ok. I am running version 11.0 (11.0.458).
