Multisim 14.2 Edu-Edition - Activation Error - Recieved expired key

Hello, 

I need Multisim for a lab-course in my university so I created an account and asked for an Education-Edition license. 
The problem is, that I can't activate the tool and always get an error in the activation assistant. 
In the email it states that the key expires on 31. July 2018 which is pretty weird since I just created the account. 
I already tried to ask for a new key and got a different one, but with the same expiration date. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

HI!  Not sure if you got this resolved yet or not, but when you open up the Multisim program instead of clicking 'Activate' click 'Evaluate'.  It might say something like 7 days left, but it lets you add on more days.  Hope this helps!
