Multisim Error

I am having issue running the basic version of Multisim. When I go to create a circuit, an error appears which I included as a screenshot. I can look at previous circuits I've made but the same error appears if I click to open them.

Can you try CTRL-F5?

Same issues.  All computers in my room have this problem as well. How do we get around "force reset" of webpages each time?

Are you saying you need to do a CTRL-F5 multiple times on each computer, or is it sufficient to do it only once, and then it works normally afterwards?
