Multisim Force close when transfering to PLD

I am trying to upload a PLD file to my FPGA board via Multisim.  We have been running into driver issues and we have finally got the board loaded on a machine and whenever I attempt to upload a program to the board, multisim force closes.  Could this be due to a security block on the computer?  The machine is windows 7.

Hi,

I wanted to get some more details from you about this issue.

- What version of Multisim are you using?

- What version of the Xilinx plug-in do you have installed?

- Can you send me a screen shot of the last window when you go Transfer >> Export to PLD. The title of this screen is "PLD Export - Step 2 of 2".
- Can you also go to Options >> Global Preferences and send me a screen shot of your Paths tab.
