Multisim licences exceeded

Hi

we have multisim installed in one of our engineering classrooms, but have a problem.

We are getting the message that the number of licenses have been exceeded.  We have got plenty of licenses and as far as i know it installed on the local machines.

we are running windows XP.

anyone got any ideas as to why it is doing this?
