Seems to be a few things. You always need ground for your simulation to work, and a load coming from the source (as it is a rather high voltage source). I adjusted a few parameters under interactive simulation settings such a the precision of your circuit's tolerance (you can find this under the menu simulate, then once inside go to use custom settings under analysis options.
