Hi everyone,
I’m trying to simulate a common drain amplifier using ATF-34143 or NE3509M04 (preferably ATF-34143) to achieve very high input impedance for better matching with a helical antenna. I also tried adding MAV-11 (Mini-Circuits).
I imported the models into Multisim, but the behavior doesn’t match expectations or datasheets. Has anyone had success simulating these components accurately in Multisim?
Any working models or tips would be greatly appreciated!
