Need Help - Simulating Vertical Transistor Using Multisim

Hi,

Can anybody help me out with this.

I am a student doing a research which involves simulating vertical surround gate field effect transistor.

I would like to know if it's possible to do so using a vertical transistor using multisim.

Below is the image of the transistors model.

If it's not possible, is it posibble to simulate the equivalent circuit which is a normal circuit which can also be done with pspice?

Hi,

If you can write the pspice model for it, you can simulate it. The accuracy of the simulation depends on the detail of the model.
