My industrial design class is requiring me to build a circuit that is using a Programmable Unijunction Transistor (PUT) model 2N6027 and a Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) model C106F in order to build a circuit that causes three 12V lamps to flash on and off. The PUT is used in the circuit to trigger the gate of the SCR, and the SCR is turned off periodically by a load dependent thermal mechanical flasher. I am having trouble finding the right PUT and SCR in the Master Database listings of the MultiSim Place Component Wizard. I found UJT with the model number 2N6027 but it does not say that it is a PUT so I am not sure if it is the right part. And I can not find an SCR that has the part number C106F in the list. My instructor told me that it might also have the part number ECG5453 but I do not see any part number that is even similar to that either. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Aaron H. Holloway
