Then just consider that the amplifier gains up everything you feed to its input. The instantaneous output should always be within the supply limits.

Thank you once again. It might sound stupid to you but i don't know anything about electronics. I work in healthcare. From almost one month i am trying to figure this one question.I am really struggling with this.Whatever you said make complete sense and i started to understand as well, but i still don't know how to design a non-inverting op-amp with given data and how to write it in report.
