Ni Multisim/Ultiboard

Hi,

We have Multisim V14.2 installation in the campus.

I have two questions.

1) Share with me the steps for creating a 4 layer PCB artwork in Ultiboard with an example if available. 

2) Standard footprints are provided by different vendors. For example I have downloaded the footprint for PIC microcontroller PIC18F458 in the format given here. "PIC18F458-I_PT.epw". Share with me the standard procedure to upload the footprint into my user database.
