PWM Control Circuit

Hello everyone, I was curious if there was a way to implement a counter with a PWM circuit. Ideally I'd like to make a connection with the two in which I hook up a virtual device (like a motor), rotate it so many times, and its "counted" to track its motion. 

Below I built a PWM speed control circuit already.

Если я вас правильно понял, вы хотите поставить на мотор счётчик оборотов и измеритель частоты вращения вала. Тогда придётся поменять модель мотора.
