That one part might have rounded rectangle pads. This has been reported to R&D. It happens when you want to decrease the size of the paste mask at the time of exporting gerber files. If you want to change that one part, then you can select the component, then right-click, select 'in-place edit'. Now that you are in the In-Place Edit mode, change your selection filter to enable selecting SMD pads only, leave the rest disable (parts, polygons, etc.), now go to Edit >> Select All, and all the rounded rectangle pads should be now selected... zoom in to one of them, right-click on the pad and select properties. In the SMT Pin Properties dialog, go to the Pad tab, change it to Rectangle and click Ok to exit. Now, all the pads should be rectangle. Try exporting again and it should export correctly. If you see the clearances being displayed, then go to View >> Clearances to hide them.
If you cannot open your help file. And also, if you go to Start >> Programs >> National Instruments >> Circuit Design Suite >> Documentation and you cannot open it not even from here (you get an error cannot open file...) then please check the Microsoft KB about how to fix your Windows HTML Help viewer, we have a reference in one of NI KBs:
