May someone help me?This simple oscillator doesn´t oscillate. At real breadboard its ok. See attached. Thanks.

I tried your circuit and it didn't oscillate. So, as you're dealing with a charge and discharge of a capacitor in your circuit, I changed your simulation settings to "set to zero." It still didn't oscillate with the large electrolytic. So I changed the value to 0.1uF and tried it. After closing the switch and charging the cap to about 0.9 volts, I then opened the switch and it began to oscillate.
Leaving it to run while I responded to you, I see that I have returned to a, roughly, 40mvp-p triangle at about 2ms repetition rate.
So, give the above a shot and see what happens.

Dear Euler,
The expected is the circuit oscillate when the power is on. In this case it doesn´t oscillate. Thank you but yet stay the problem.
Would you or anybody may help me?

In fact I´d like to understand how this circuit oscillate because in practice it oscillates. The swtich doesn´t matter. It was a try to start the oscillation.
