I've been using Ultiboard for a while now, but recently something has changed in my Ultiboard software and I am no loger able to find the toolbar button to place components onto my board.
Try deleting config file in Document and Setting folder. For example, mine is in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\National Instruments\Circuit Design Suite\10.1\config Then, re-launch Ultiboard, it should restore toolbars. Refer to http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=370&message.id=4782&requireLogin=False for more information. BTW, back up config files for your own safety.
