Pulse Train

Can someone tell me how to create a Pulse train as an input to Microsim? I have a ziner zapping pulse train that I am trying to model. The actual pulse tarin has both clock pulse and data pulses.

I have something for you to examine. I am not sure if it is what your after, but it may be a starting point for you to create something better. The way I did this is probably not the best method and there may be an easier way of doing it, but this is all I could come up with right now.
