Re/Im numbers don't make sense

I'm using MultiSim and the Network Analzyer to look at a simple circuit (see the attached file).  The Re/Im numbers displayed don't seem to match what I'm seeing on the Smith chart.  The cursor seems to be at the origin of the chart which would indicate 50 +j0.  The numbers displayed for S11 and S22 are drastically different.  Any ideas?

To have the impedance you should set the graph Parameters to Z-Parameters instead of S-Parameter and then multiply values by Zo.
