SIPO shift register not working!

I pass signal from a PISO shift register to a SIPO shift register. The signal from PISO is normal but there is no signal at output of the SIPO shift register. Some experts please help me detect the problem thanks

Hi yy.toh,

               I looked into your circuit and the reason you are not seeing an output on the SIPO is because you have an or gate connected to the active low clr. I changed it with a nand gate and I started to see an output. I would suggest think about the logic of your circuit and see which gate would best be suited for your use.
