Are you looking for a specific component? In the Misc Group in Multisim you can find the OPTOCUPLER Family, there are different components that you could use; all of them have models.

I'm looking for FET version.

There are not Photo FET Optocouplers in the Multisim Database. Contact the manufacturer of the component, they may have a SPICE model available.

The manfacturer does not have a spice model. Does anyone know how to make an optocoupler FET?
