Same version of MS14 but different components???

Hey TCulp,

     To explain a little about the previous responses. 

     The installer of the Education and the Student version is the same, so what determines which version you will get is the serial number that you use. Some serial numbers would activate the education version, others would activate the student one. And as was mentioned these versions have differences between them, that include parts.

     I guess that in the previous responses, they considered that this might be the cause of the differences in components. A way to definitely rule this out would be to go to the NI License Manager and see which version (education or student) is activated, you can compare this between computers to see if there's a difference.

To try to make my point yet one more time. We ALL followed the exact SAME  link. We were ALL sent a serial number to install into the SAME version that we ALL DOWNLOADED. ALL of the downloads have the exact same version number. Everything in the versions are IDENTICAL except some have more components than others.

So unless a member of the community has as many of the same versions as we do, I am not sure how any of them can see what we are saying. We all have the same version from the same link we all followed yet we have different components.

I must insist we need screenshots of the about section of your Multisim and one of the colleagues that have different sets of components. 

I want to compare the application version and the database version.

Also, could you mention some of the components missing and include the link you used to download as well as the link your colleagues used?
