Alrighty, I have managed to get it working. I will post the file with my adjustments outlined with in it for you to examine. There was a weird situation that I encountered with this circuit when trying to get it working that should be looked at by NI as it may be a software problem or model problem.
This is for NI: If you look at the original circuit you will notice that both halves of the circuit are wired identical with a 2 section op amp. If you run a simulation one amp gives good results while the other amp doesn't. Both amps are from one multi-section component. They should give identical results but don't. The only way I could get the proper results was to remove section B of U1 and replace it with the same type op amp but labeled as U2A. in essence having 2 separe IC's on the print instead of one multi-section amp. This has to be an error in the way Multisim is handling multi-section components that needs to be examined and corrected.
