Hello, Im working on a project with a seven segment display from a 7447 and for some reason the display is flickering and not lighting up with the number it should be. I have read people talking about attaching the three bottom pins on the 7447 to group and use a digital group but still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas on what im doing wrong?
