Could anyone explain why my design for the non-inverting amplifier isn't working? And how to fix it? I am supposed to get a voltage output of around 20 volts. Since the voltage gain is 101 Volts and the input voltage is 0.2 volts. However i keep on getting around 15 volts instead.
Edit: In the photo and file i uploaded, I realized that i put 1 ohms instead of 1k ohms but it still doesn't make a difference.

The 15 volt output you are getting is the max output of the op amp because you are supplying it with 15volts.
Fix R1 and then drop the input voltage to .03 volts and you will see the ratio of Vin/Vout will be correct.
