I have attached a picture of an oscilloscope, showing the graph is not being formed. Can anyone please help me?

It looks to me as though there is a perfectly formed graph there - all the values are zero. What is the signal you connected to the scope?

I think i'm suppose to get a curve of some sort, I've attached my circuit, hope this helps.

The switch you were using didn't work, I replaced it and it now works.
