Design a two-stage amplifier with below specifications:

1. use BJT and FET transistor
2. Gain: 60dB-80dB
3. Bandwidth: 1 MHz
4. Supply Voltage: 1.5 V to 3.3 V
5. Input voltage: 1mV at 60 Hz
