In Multisim, in Temperature Sweep Analysis; in room temp as well in –ve temperature it gives the 5% variable wrt practical results.
But in +ve temperature sweep analysis, the results are as same as room temperature and variation is very small wrt to room temp analysis.
Is it because of model selected (i.e. Transistor or FET) or because some limitation of simulation?
Do we need to download spice netlist for these model or model available is having accurate parameter?
