Two Timers in Multisim 2001

I was helping a person on this forum with one of his circuits. I posted a few possible solutions that worked on my Multisim 2001. The person I was helping came up with a different solution that he says works for him in his version. The problem is that when I tried his solution it didn't work on Multisim 2001.
 
His circuit is a 10 LED sequencer with a time delayed interrupt. He is using two timers arranged in astable mode with the second timer resetting the first timer on pin 4. When I tried this Multisim 2001 just froze after about a second.
 
Is there a problem with having two astable timers in the same circuit with Multisim 2001?

The circuit I posted in the previous message had a few errors in it. I corrected them, but it still didn't help. The second timer still refusesd to oscillate. This is why I am wondering if this may be an issue with Multisim 2001. I even tried seperate 555 timers instead of the 556 and still couldn't get the second timer to do anything.

O.K. You can ignore this thread. I don't what was happening, but I did get this to work. I still don't know what the problem was, but it is working now. If anyone responed, I thank you very much.
