Ultiboard autorouter has stopped respecting PCB rules

For some reason Ultiboard's autorouter has ceased to respect the rules i set.

Maximum trace width: 10mil

Autorouter trace width: 50mil

It's practically useless as-is.

update: i started to manually route this board and now not even the manual track respects the rules i set. for each net the track width is reset to something larger than what i have specified in my design rules.
