If autorouting fails, mostly likely you have the trace width that exceeds the minimun clearance trace width. Please navigate to Option->PCB Properties->Design Rules(tab). Look at the clearance to trace value. On your layout it was set t o 0.5 mil. To compare the trace width in reality, you can go check it in Nets of the spreadsheet view, it was set to 1 mil which is greater than 0.5 mil. In this scenarioi Ultiboard will not proceed to autorouting. What you can do is to highlight the whole colomn of Trace Width and change one of the value to any number less than or equal to 0.5 mil. As a result, all the values in that column will be changed as well. You can then execute autorouting and it should work then.
