Unable to download multism 14.0

What could the problem if it says unable to locate ni package manager upgrader with compatible version and architecture when downloading multism.

Hello, we're in the process of releasing a Circuit Design Suite (Multisim and Ultiboard) patch (14.3.1), which may be the reason you are seeing this error. 

Can you try again and let us know which download link is not working for you once it opens in NIPM? (Education/Professional edition)
