Hello,
Remove the instrument from the lvinstruments folder and place the original file that you downloaded. It seems that this VI needs the LaVIEW Run-Time Engine (RTE) version 8.2.1, it can be downloaded here.
Note that this version of the RTE is compatible with Windows XP (32-bit), 2000 (32-bit) and Vista (32-bit and 64-bit).
Please let me know how it works.

It's working after installing the LV RTE 8.2 and the previous LV Instrument.
Here i want to give a suggestion that pls mention the version of LV RTE on the website so that one dont go into such problem

even after copying the ecg electrode.llb file i cant see the ecg signal in labview instrument .I have multisim 12.0 version plss gimme sum solution

You have to make sure you are copying it to the right directory. The default directary for LabVIEW can be found under Options » Global preferences.

How to give ECG signal as an input in multisim???
Then I tried to simulate ECG signal amplifier which is in your website, i have multisim 12.0 version, labview 2010 and labview 821 runtime engine but on clicking XLV1 i m getting like this
((Unable to show the LabVIEW instrument. The LabVIEW instrument library "LVInstrIF821/ECG_Electrode" cannot be found or loaded.
Ensure the VI library file exists in the LabVIEW instruments path "E:\Program Files\National Instruments\Circuit Design Suite 12.0\LVInstruments\".))
