Using Multisim to design an audio circuit......live audio output?

Hi folks,

I'm interested in using Multisim to design guitar pedals.

But i'm interested to know: is there any way to hear a live audio output from your circuit?

So if you tweak your circuit in some way so it'll change the sound, how can you monitor (hear) the changes?

Maybe it's possible using some external hardware?
