Which PIC Microcontroller file to download and import and how?

I want to make PCB in ultiboard which includes PIC16F18313. When I visited official site, there were many footprint formats as shown in picture. I want to download footprint and include it in Ultiboard for circuit.

Please help which on to download and how to import it in ultiboard.
