Wrong integration of pictures in Ultiboard

Hi Support-Team!

My customer wants to integrate a picture in Ultiboard at the Silkscreen Bottom. (.bnp)

If he places it (Place > Graphic > Picture), it appears just as a big white area.

If I integrate exactly the same pictures on the same way, I see all the letters and signs in the pictures.

He tried it with different pictures and had always the same behaviour.

The customer has the CDS Education Edition 10.1.1 (10.1.372).

Can you help us to find a solution?

Hi Alex,

thanks for your answer.

In the main time, we found a solution for his problem.

The customers feedback was, that he probably might have integrated the picture on a wrong layer;

he changed the layer position and now it works.
