autorun.exe causes error

I am runing windows xp pro service pack 3 I am trying to install the trial version of multisim from the online download.  No matter what I do the Autorun.exe will not open it causes a windows error and wants me to send microsoft a report. I tried to just run the setup.exe but it keeps having trouble locating the fiiles that need to be installed.

I am not haveing this problem with any other programs or autorun scripts or exe's any ideas?

Hi ssotek,

I suggest that you should re-download Multisim from the website and try to re-install because it seems like the download was somehow corrupted.

Hi ssotek,

One thing I would like you to do is take a screen shot of the error message and attach it to a post. Another thing I would like is for you to go to C:\National Instrument Dowloads and take a screen shot of all the files in the folder which also shows the folder sizes.
