convert circuit to PCB

can somebody help me to convert this schematic circuit to PCB.i tried to convert it but some of the component did not show in PCB!

Hi,

Components in black are virtual and this means that they do not have the footprint information, that's why they cannot be transferred to Ultiboard. Double-click the component to open its Properties, click on the Value tab and then click on Edit footprint; finally select a footprint from the database (according to your design parameters).
