Hi,
I inserted your DC jack into a sample file and I was able to replicate the problem where the router shorts to the rectangle pads. I think the problem is that Ultiroute doesn't see the pads correctly, behind the scene it thinks the pad is a rectangle but that is just a guess. I created a defect report for this issue. For now, be sure to run connectivity check and reroute the traces manually.
