cut a circle from powerplane?

Is there a way to cut a circle from a power plane? I found this link http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/DBF70FD875BD7105862577050054D746 but it only details how to cut a shape with the polygon tool and I need to cut an accurate circle.

Using Ultiboard, select Board Outline in the Design Toolbox, select Place -> Graphics -> Circle, and place it on the PCB.  This should do the trick.
