Hello,
I need to use the Elvis power supllies (Elvis II +) for generating voltages from negative to positive passing through zero. I have the problem that the negative supply does not fall below -70 mV (with te pontentiometer in zero and the source load with 10 ohms resistance, it gives me that voltage). Not occurs so with the positive supply that works (almost) correctly from zero.
I tried a calibration with the Measurement and Automation Explorer but it has not corrected that mistake.
Anyone know if it can be corrected?
I attachment a graph with the behavior of my negative source.
Thanks very much.

Hi jmoya.
When you say you tried calibrating the power source in MAX, you mean the Self Calibrate option?
If calibrating the unit does not solve the issue, chances are that there is a component in the ELVIS II that needs to be repaired. You should get in contact with your local NI office to see if it should be RMA'd.
Regards.
