family of curves for BJT using DC sweep

I’m trying to create family of curves for 2N2222A BJT using DC sweep. There is a good demonstration video on YouTube showing how to plot collector current (Ic) as a function of collector-emitter voltage (Vce) at various levels of base current (Ib). I’m doing the same steps as on video, but result looks different. Collector currents have rise as shown in screenshot. What am I doing wrong?

The same result when using IV-Analysis for NPN BJT (2N2222A)

BJT collector current must only little depends on the collector-emitter voltage when transistor operated in the active region, but this simulation results show that it highly depends on Vce.

I found answer to my question.

I have analyzed characteristics of Symmetry Design Systems / 2N2222A transistor, but on video there is a Zetex / Q2N2222A. Those transistors are not the same and have different SPICE models. Therefore collector currents are different, and they are differs a lot, as shown in screenshots.

The collector current slope is dependent of h22e (roughly the inverse of the output impedance) and it strongly varies with the current. You may see that at small currents the variation is small. Hence, the model is realistic. The datasheet hybrid parameters are given at small current, where they are optimal, but at high current you get what you see there.
