getting netlist error.. don't know why

I really don't see what I did wrong. All things are connected and the errors don't help. Any pros out there that can lend a hand?

Hey NoobMultisimmer:

    I think that the issue might be with the name 0 for the on page connector. 

    I tried simulating with both a direct wire and changing the name from 0 to Test and got it to successfully run.
