Sure there is.... use the spreadsheet view. Sort the list in alphabetical order... then select all the rows that apply for the virtual resistors, use the SHIFT key or CTRL key to help you out... you can click on the first row, and then with the SHIFT key pressed click on the last row for resistors. This will select all resistors.
Now, click on the cell (on any of the selected rows) that corresponds to the footprint, this will bring the dialog to change the footprint... change it and it will apply the change to all the rows that were selected.
