help me to check ,modify and simulate this servo circuit of Apex SA03,thanks!

Please help me to check , modify and simulate this servo circuit of Apex SA03, please. There are two circuit which are designed by a  Apex kits  named by Power Design.xls.

SA03_V1.ms10 can not  work right.please help me to modify this circuit or to modify this value in Power Design.xls.

SA03_V2.ms10 may work, I hope to improve its performance.
