how i design the buck converter

i want design a buck converter. this converter input is 265v and output is 24V, 3.4A.i couldn't design for this specification. can you give any solutions?

In Multisim 12.0 we know have a Buck Converter component available, in the Miscellaneous Group, under the Buck_Converter Family.

If you double-click on the component, and select the Value tab, you have the option of specifiying the filter inductance, filter inductor ESR, and switching frequency.
