I have looked up the Datasheet for this device as this is all I could find. The datasheet says it is a display driver. If this is not correct let me know and I will try to look it up diferently.
If the datasheet I found is the correct one, then I do not believe you are going to find a model for this if the manufacturer has not issue one to the public. In my opinion, it would be far to complex to try and make one from scratch. You may get lucky and someone has already modeled this, but it is very unlikely.
You might be able to contact the manufacturer direct and see if they can help. Sometimes they will do this if you plan on purchasing their components. This is the only option I can think of that might work.
