how to make personal alarm

For my school project i have chosen to do a personal alarm. i have attached the diagram could any help me on how to make it on multisim. i am really struggling.

If you're having trouble getting started with schematic capture in multisim I would recommend running through the quick introduction to multisim tutorial here, this shows how you can capture a schematic with components and simulate the circuit.
