isolated copper

I have Ultiboard 10.

It is a 2layer board and I do most of the signal routing on layer 1 top and it is the VCC power plane also.

I see alot of isolated copper ex. copper between an IC pin and the body.

How can I get rid of the isotaled copper?

Ok I figured how to do the "delete copper" in the edit tab.

Now that I'm able to delete the isolated copper.

How can I delete little slivers of copper that is still connected to the whole copper?

Ex. There is a little slice of copper going between to pins of a SMT IC. I want to remove that little piece, but if I select it, it deletes all copper because its part of the whole power plane.

Is there a way I can just take pieces of the power plane out?

If you open the Copper Polygon Properties and select the Copper area tab, in the lower right corner is a section Remove Islands.  Select Smaller than: and set this number to a higher value to get rid of the small slivers of copper.

Thanks for the reply

I can't find Polygon Properties.

Where is this setting?

I am using Ultiboard 10.

I just tested it out on my software and if you double click on the power plane select the general tab and increase your clearences it should remove the thin traces, however it could make thiner traces elsewhere.  You could also place multiple rectangular graphics around so that you have more flexibility on where islands and thin traces are.
